Her Light

We are seeds of the body of grandmother,
Her feet, the earth,
Her breath, the sky.

Giver of light,
Guardian of the ancient,
Sacred One,

We live in her aura,
In Her blood,
Awash in Her love,
Her horrors.

We listen
We learn.
We live Her spirit.

Mothers,
Lovers,
Teachers,
Keepers,
Healers,
Warriors.

We are the circle.
We surround Her,
Our own circles--

The women,

Seeds of Seed,
Love in Love.

Her Light--
Our Souls.
